Graham from the Grumbleweeds has died at the age of 68. The Grumbleweeds were one of the best and probably the funniest comedy bands to come out of northern clubland. Graham formed the band with Robin Colvill in Leeds in the early '60s. They did comedy songs and impressions and broke into the national market via Opportunity Knocks and had their own radio and tv shows. For many years they were a 5 piece but had pared down to the original duo again.
Country is a state of mind, not a state of America.
