Coast 2 Coast Walk - June 2010

In June 2010 I will be walking from the west coast to the east coast of the country. That will be a 192 mile walk that will take me 14 days to complete. I must be mad!

I started a 4 month training schedule at the begining of February in order to condition my body for the stress of all that walking.

I will be raising funds for Yorkshire Air Ambulance. Please feel free to sponsor me. Any donation, large or small is gratefully received. I have a dedicated online page where you can go on and pledge a donation, click on this link... http://www.justgiving.com/LJC2C

...or if you prefer the old fashioned way I will be carrying sponsorship forms to all our gigs where you can sponsor me.

May I thank you for your generosity

Hi, On the 27th of June I am holding the Southport British Armed Forces and Veterans day on Victoria park. NWAA will be on the park and also the Huey Helicopter, they collect for them two. Perhaps if you could arrive on the day we could get the press to meet you
